As a free event, WaterFire is entirely dependent upon donations and sponsorships. We will work with you to develop a perfect partnership that will address your own special needs with sponsorship opportunities ranging from $1,000 to over $100,000. We have an exciting variety of ways in which you can help keep the fires burning. All of our sponsorships are rewarding and fun interactions that allow you to be part of WaterFire and they can be designed to bring you media attention, create employee satisfaction and recognition, focus on client development and thank you’s, or all of the above.
$20,000 to $150,000 - Signature Featured Events and Series with Naming Rights
Some of the most popular attractions at WaterFire are special events that have now become an important part of Providence nightlife; such as the TD Bank Ballroom. We have some great ideas for additional signature events, or you can partner with us with these existing series and be a co-sponsor for the evening and help us present an additional exciting night to thousands of visitors and guests, enjoying your own reception as well.

$65,000 - Exclusive Lead Fire Sponsorship for an Evening
All exclusive lead fire sponsorships include immediate reservations and placement of your date on the WaterFire schedule as well as WaterFire season sponsor benefits.
$35,000 – $40,000 - WaterFire Season Sponsor
WaterFire works with each Season Sponsor to create a sponsorship package to suit your company’s specific needs.
$20,000 – Mini Fire Sponsor for One Evening
Lighting area includes the eight braziers on "the wall" across from Memorial Park and the sixteen braziers running from College Street to Canal in front of the RISD Auditorium.
$20,000 – WaterFire Co-Evening Lead Sponsor
Two lead fire sponsors together produce one full WaterFire event.
$25,000 – Partial Fire Sponsor for One Evening
A partial fire refers to the lighting of half of the installation.
$5,000 – $10,000 The Corporate Brazier Society of WaterFire Providence - Season Long
A unique and exciting opportunity to become a part of the WaterFire Family! Membership includes access into the catered and exclusive Brazier Society VIP tent at all full lightings. Allows members and their guests access throughout the season to a fleet of Waterfire VIP Boats and much more. A perfect tool for client development, employee recognition, or family fun.
$5,000 Wood Tending Boat Sponsor for an evening

$3,000 Flower Performer Sponsor
Very special WaterFire characters handout to our visitors an array of beautiful carnations from the boats as well as from the shore. Each carnation has attached to it an inspiring quotation. We are working in partnership with The Groden Center providing therapeutic training and engagement for autistic individuals where they assemble and attach 1000 inspirational quotations onto 1000 long-stem carnations. As a Flower Performer Sponsor, your name will be printed on the back of 1000 quote ribbon distributed to the crowd for an evening. A second 1000 flowers with quotes can be distributed for an additional $1000 that evening or another. This is an amazing opportunity to support The Groden Center in their pioneering work with autism and WaterFire at the same time. This sponsorship could also be a season-long sponsorship of the carnations for a single company for a sponsorship fee of $30,000.
$2,000 Fire Dancer
Sponsor the mesmerizing fire dancer Spogga for the evening! Spogga has entranced crowds of many WaterFire seasons and become one of the signature attractions along the river as he skillfully dances amidst the fire, graciously spinning, and manipulating two orbs of fire. The sponsor of Spogga on each evening will have the opportunity to meet-and-great this master of fire dancing and will be listed in that evening’s program, the website, and email evening guides.
$2,000 Ceremonial Fire Lighter
Honor someone special by having them set WaterFire ablaze! You and a companion, or any two people you wish to thank, thrill, or honor can be onboard the boats and be one of the fire lighters for the evening. This is an unforgettable experience that you and your guests will treasure forever.
$2,000 Hospitality or Company Listing on the WaterFire website
Over one million visitors plan their trip to Providence by starting on our website. For less than $200 a night, your restaurant, hotel or attraction can be listed right were they look first when they are wondering what they should include during their visit.
